What is the quality of your products and goods?

Our products and offered service are of a higher European standard of quality.  

What are your delivery dates?

We are able to deliver the stocked items within 2 working days, the goods to be
produced are despatched in 3–4 weeks.  

What are your minimum quantities?

The required minimum quantity of the order causes no problem to middle or smaller
producer. The quantities are shown at all individual items in our catalogue.  

What are your payment terms?

At already established and longterm business cooperation the credit up to 60 days
is granted. Our standard payment term is 50% of the order value to be paid before
starting the production, 50% two days before the adviced despatch.  

Do you grant some additional discounts?

Yes, in respect to the size of the whole order and also in respect to payment terms
(e.g. the full prepayment) and also delivery dates.  

What kind of an additional service may you offer, which is not stated in the catalogue?

Most of items may be developed as quality and shapes are concerned according to
special requirements of the clients with a guaranteed respective exclusivity.
